Project Blueprint

Know what to build before you pay to build it.

In five business days we turn your business problem or your software idea into a plan that is clear enough to price and technical enough to trust. You keep the plan whatever you decide to do with it.

Sometimes the blueprint says do not build. A plan that points you at software you can simply buy, or at the system you already own, or at leaving a working process alone, has earned its fee just as surely as one that ends in a proposal.

The part nobody advertises

You are paying us to be right, not to be encouraging.

Most software gets specified by the people who want to be paid to build it. That is a poor arrangement for everyone. Paying separately for the discovery is what turns this into a conversation where our interests and yours point the same way from the first hour.

Buy it instead

If a mature product already covers what you described at a price no custom build can touch, the blueprint names the product, explains what you would give up, and stops there.

Extend what you own

Plenty of problems turn out to be a configuration, a report, or one missing field in a system you already pay for every month. Writing that down beats selling around it.

Do not build at all

Some processes are messy because the business has not decided something yet. Software cannot decide it for you, and building early usually makes the decision harder. We will say so.

This is not a disclaimer buried at the bottom of a proposal. It is the reason a blueprint is worth two thousand five hundred dollars, and it is why we sell it separately from the build.

The offer

One product, priced in the open.

The Project Blueprint is a fixed price engagement that ends with two documents: a plan you own outright, and a fixed price proposal for the build it describes. It runs five business days from kickoff and asks for roughly three hours of your time in total.

  • A pre-project questionnaire, so the session starts from something rather than nothing.
  • One 90-minute strategy and workflow session with the people who live inside the process.
  • A build, buy or integrate recommendation, argued rather than asserted.
  • Prioritized Phase 1 scope, with the exclusions written down beside it.
  • System architecture, data flows, and where automation and AI sensibly stop.
  • Milestones, an estimated schedule, and a fixed price proposal for the build.

How buying works

Four steps, and only one of them costs anything.

There is no cart on this site and no payment button. We would rather find out whether this is a fit before anyone reaches for a card.

Step one

Choose the blueprint

Read what it contains, decide it matches the decision you are trying to make, and send the request form.

Step two

Book the fit call

Twenty minutes, no charge. You describe the problem. We say whether the standard package suits it, or whether it needs something larger.

Step three

We confirm the fit

If it fits, we send a Stripe payment link by email. If it does not, we tell you that on the call and point you somewhere more useful.

Step four

Pay and start

The questionnaire lands the same day the payment clears, and the five business days begin at kickoff.

When the standard package is the wrong shape

Some projects arrive with several stakeholder groups who disagree, a real data migration behind them, regulated information in scope, or a handful of complex systems that all have to keep working. Five days is not honest for that work, so we do not sell the standard package into it.

Those engagements run as an expanded discovery of $5,000 to $10,000 across two to four weeks. That is separate work with a different shape, not a bigger version of this one, and on the fit call we say plainly which of the two you are looking at.

Next station

Twenty minutes tells us both whether this is worth doing.

Bring the problem, not a specification. We will tell you on the call whether the Project Blueprint is the right instrument for it, whether you need the expanded version, or whether you do not need us at all.

No payment is taken on this site. If the project fits, a Stripe link follows the call by email.
