Twenty minutes, no charge, no obligation.

The fit call exists to answer one question: is the Project Blueprint the right instrument for what you are trying to do. Sometimes the answer is no, and hearing that in twenty minutes is worth more to you than a polite proposal.

You describe the problem. Most of the call is you talking and us asking why.

We say which engagement fits. The standard blueprint, the expanded discovery, or neither.

If it fits, a payment link follows. By email, from Stripe, after the call and not before.

Kickoff. The questionnaire goes out and the five business days begin.

Worth having ready

  • How the process runs today, including the parts held together by people.
  • Which systems are already in play and which of them you are stuck with.
  • Who would have to be in the ninety minute session for it to be useful.
  • A rough sense of what solving it is worth, even as a range.

None of this is required. It just makes twenty minutes go further.

Before you book

If you already know you want a specific technology built to a specification you have written, we are probably not the right firm. The blueprint is for deciding what to build. It is poor value if that decision is already made.
