The Project Blueprint is the only thing on this site with a price on it. It is a paid discovery that ends with a document you own and a fixed price proposal for the build it describes. Everything below is what you get for the fee, listed rather than summarised.
It can end with a recommendation not to build. If an existing product covers the need, or the answer is a change to a system you already own, or the honest conclusion is that nothing should be built this year, the blueprint says so in writing and the fee still bought you the answer.

This is the whole delivery. If something you were expecting is not on this list, it is not in the package, and the fit call is the right moment to ask about it.
A blueprint that talks you out of a project is doing its job.
We charge for the discovery precisely so that the recommendation can go against our own commercial interest without anyone losing money on it. That is not a courtesy. It is the mechanism.
Buy, do not build
Mature software already exists for a great many problems, and it is usually cheaper than anything we could write. When that is the finding, the blueprint names the category, says what you trade away, and stops.
Extend, do not replace
A surprising share of requests turn out to be a report, a field, a permission, or an integration inside a platform you already license. Writing that down is a better outcome for you than a new system.
Wait, do not start
If the business has not settled a decision that the software would have to encode, building now freezes the wrong answer into code. The plan will say what needs deciding first.
In every one of those cases you keep the completed documents, the fee is not refunded, and nobody has spent twenty five thousand dollars finding out the hard way.
You own the blueprint outright.
Every completed document is yours on delivery: the plan, the architecture, the scope, the risks and the proposal. Take it to another development team, hand it to an internal group, put it in a board pack, or file it and do nothing.
Nothing in the engagement obliges you to build with us, and there is no clause that makes the documents less useful if you build elsewhere. That is the point of paying for the plan separately from the build.

The full $2,500 is credited toward a Prestige Programming build of $25,000 or more when you approve that build within 30 days of delivery.
Not a discount code and not a partial credit. The entire blueprint fee comes off the first invoice of the build. Approve later than thirty days and the blueprint is still yours, but the credit has expired.
Why there is a credit at all
Two reasons, and neither is generosity. A client who has been through a blueprint is far cheaper for us to build for, because the arguing is finished before the first commit. And the credit removes the objection that the discovery is a way of charging twice for the same conversation.
Some ground takes longer than five days to survey.
Where a project involves several stakeholder groups, substantial data migration, regulated information, or a handful of complex systems that all have to keep running, five business days is not an honest number and we do not sell the standard package into it.
Work of that size runs as an expanded discovery, priced between $5,000 and $10,000 and running two to four weeks. It is a different engagement with a different shape, not a premium tier of this one, and the fit call is where we name which of the two applies, not the invoice.
Signs it is the larger engagement

- Patient, financial, student or other regulated information in scope.
- Several complex systems that all have to keep working through the change.
One of these is usually a conversation. Two or more is usually the expanded discovery.

This site does not take payments. Once the fit call confirms the project is a fit, we email you a Stripe payment link for the blueprint fee. The card is entered on Stripe's own pages, and the number never touches anything of ours.
What appears on your card statement
The blueprint is billed by the company that operates this brand, so your statement will not carry the Prestige Programming name. Expect this:

A receipt comes from Stripe at the moment of payment, and a numbered invoice follows from us. If you need a purchase order raised, a W-9, or payment by bank transfer instead of a card, ask on the fit call and we will arrange it before any link is sent.
Twenty minutes decides whether the blueprint is the right instrument.
The fit call costs nothing and exists to stop the wrong projects from starting. Bring the problem in your own words. We will tell you whether this package fits it, whether it needs the expanded discovery, or whether you would be better served by something we do not sell.
Payment is taken only after that call, through a Stripe link we send by email.
