How the blueprint is bought, delivered and owned.
These terms describe the Project Blueprint as it is sold from this site. A signed engagement agreement is sent before any payment link, and where the two differ the signed agreement is the one that governs.
Revised 31 August 2026
The company behind the brand
The Prestige Programming name belongs to Fortify 24x7, which trades under it. Engagement agreements are entered into with that company, invoices are issued by it, and any obligation described here is its obligation. Nothing on this site creates a contract on its own.
What this site is
Descriptive material, not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices shown here are the prices we intend to charge for the engagements described, and they can change for work not yet agreed. Once a scope and a fee are confirmed in writing for your project, that confirmation holds regardless of what these pages say afterwards.
The Project Blueprint
The blueprint is a fixed price discovery of $2,500. It runs five business days from kickoff and delivers the fifteen items listed on the blueprint page, including a strategy and workflow session of ninety minutes, a presentation and review session of forty five minutes, one consolidated revision, and a fixed price proposal for the build it describes.
The engagement asks for roughly three hours of your time. Because two of the five days depend on your people being available, a delay in scheduling either session moves delivery by the same amount. We will say so at the time rather than quietly absorbing it.
The fit call and confirmation
Every blueprint starts with a complimentary call of about twenty minutes. Its purpose is to establish whether the standard package suits the project. We may conclude that it does not, in which case we will say what would suit it instead, and we may decline the work. Nothing is owed by either side until a payment link is sent and paid.
Payment
The fee is payable in full before kickoff, through a payment link we send by email after the fit call. Payment is processed by Stripe on pages belonging to Stripe. This site holds no card details at any point.
The billing entity is the company named above, so your card statement shows this instead:
STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR: FORTIFY 24X7
If your organisation needs a purchase order, a tax form, or payment by bank transfer rather than card, raise it on the fit call and we will arrange it before any link is issued.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before kickoff and the fee is returned in full. Once kickoff has happened the fee is earned as the work is performed, because the value of a discovery is the analysis rather than the page count, and most of the effort falls in the days you do not see.
A recommendation not to build is a completed engagement, not a failed one. If the blueprint concludes that you should buy an existing product, extend a system you already own, or defer the project entirely, the documents are delivered as normal and the fee stands. That outcome is the reason the discovery is sold separately in the first place.
The build credit
Where you approve a Prestige Programming build of $25,000 or more within thirty days of blueprint delivery, the entire $2,500 fee is credited against that build. The credit applies once, to a build performed by us, and it does not carry over to a project delivered by anyone else. After thirty days the blueprint remains yours in full, but the credit lapses.
Larger engagements
Where a project involves multiple stakeholder groups, substantial data migration, regulated information, or several complex systems, we do not sell the standard package. Those engagements are quoted individually as an expanded discovery, typically between $5,000 and $10,000 across two to four weeks, on terms agreed in writing for that piece of work.
Ownership of what we deliver
On payment in full, the completed blueprint documents are yours. You may use them, publish them internally, and hand them to any other development team without asking us. There is no clause here designed to make the documents less useful if you build elsewhere.
What stays ours is the general knowledge, methods, templates and tooling we brought with us and continue to use for other clients. Your material stays yours, our method stays ours, and the document that comes out of applying one to the other belongs to you.
Confidentiality
Everything you show us during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to do your work. We will sign your own confidentiality agreement if you have one. We ask for the same in return regarding our fee structure and working documents, and we ask before naming you anywhere as a client.
Estimates, and what is not promised
A fixed price proposal is a real commitment to a price for a scope written down and agreed. Schedules, effort figures and phase sequencing in a blueprint are informed estimates, and we do not promise a business result, a revenue figure, or a delivery date for work not yet contracted. The only timing commitment made here is the five business days for the discovery itself, running from kickoff and subject to your availability for the two sessions.
Recommendations about products, vendors and platforms are our professional opinion at the time of writing. Those products are outside our control, their terms are between you and them, and we are not responsible for their behaviour.
Liability
Indirect and consequential loss sits outside what either side may claim from the other, lost profit and lost records included. Whatever we owe on an engagement stops at the amount you were charged for it. Certain liabilities cannot be capped by agreement, and this page does not try.
Agreement, law and venue
The signed engagement agreement sets out the governing law and the venue for disputes, along with anything specific your organisation requires. We send it before any payment link, so you can read those clauses before money moves rather than after.
Changes to these terms
We update this page as the offer changes, and the revision date above moves with it. Changes never apply retrospectively to an engagement already confirmed in writing.
A blueprint that recommends against building is a completed engagement. The documents are delivered, the fee stands, and you have the answer you paid for. If that arrangement does not appeal, the discovery is not for you, and it is better to know that now.
Questions before you pay
Ask them on the fit call. Nothing here is designed to be discovered afterwards, and we would rather rewrite a clause than argue about one.
Read the offer, then bring us the problem.
Twenty minutes, no charge. If the standard package is wrong for your project we will tell you on the call rather than after the invoice.
